Bilu Capital is an independent Real Estate firm with many years of experience in the German Real Estate Market. With a predominant focus on commercial and light industrial real estate, we use our in depth knowledge of the market and long established industry and banking relationships, to create and increase value for ourselves and our partner investors.

Together with our partners, we invest in core, value add and opportunistic assets in Germany. Our investments are targeted at commercial real estate, primarily office and larger retail assets, as well as logistics and light industrial, both for existing and development deals. Our investment size is between 5 to 40 million euros.
